My name is Kayleigh and I have always had a passion for writing and connecting with people. Kayleigh’s Clutter allows me to do both!
Kayleigh’s Clutter was created to lay all of the mess in one place and to share it with likeminded people. I hope that this can be a space that normalises the clutter in our lives because everybody has some somewhere!
As a young adult, I have so many big decisions to make about my future. I absolutely love to write and so I am perusing an apprenticeship in marketing. Beyond this, my opportunities are endless – journalism, public relations and more. I am eager to learn and try absolutely everything!
I feel passionately about education and the education system. I did pretty well at school but saw a clear lack of support and understanding for students. The pressure of schooling is immense, regardless of your age! I hope that this blog will help students like me feel seen.
Having been newly diagnosed with ADHD, I am learning more and more about myself every day! Through this blog, I hope to connect with ADHD veterans as well as newbies like me who are still trying to work out what the diagnosis means for them. We’ll chat about the difficulties of getting diagnosed with ADHD and how it effects everyday life.
This blog will also celebrate all of the amazing things a neurodivergent brain can do! The perks of having a manic brain and always being on the go is that we are creative and resilient. Our brains are awesome!
Beyond all of this, I love to travel and have lived all over the UK – I’ll share all of my adventures with you. Be warned, I feel very passionately about scones as a Devonshire girl so there may be a rant or two coming your way!
I can’t wait to connect with you all and sift through all of the clutter.
Yours sincerely,
Kayleigh
